The Rainbow Alliance, Queer NEPA, NEPA Pride Coalition, & NEPA Pride Project have worked together to create, and ultimately distribute, window decals for local businesses that wish to advertise that they are inclusive, safe space for members of the LGBTQIA+ community.

With the Safe Space decal campaign, we are hoping to get business owners thinking about how to make their spaces safer and more welcoming for marginalized communities.

The Safe Space decal is meant to foster inclusion for any and all individuals, regardless of their race, political beliefs, nationality, age, gender, sexual orientation and/or identification, or any other differences either actual or perceived.

PLACEMENT OF THE SAFE SPACE DECAL

These stickers and decals, which were designed by artist and graphic designer Jess Meoni, are to be placed at the entrances of businesses to signify that people working within those walls are making an effort to create a welcoming and inclusive space.

The SAFE SPACE decals should ideally be placed 3′-5′ from the ground, near the front/public entrance of the building.

HOW TO GET A DECAL

Take the pledge and fill out the form below and a representative from the Rainbow Alliance, Queer NEPA, NEPA Pride Coalition, & NEPA Pride Project will be in touch with you to arrange a drop off day and time.
